About me...
Twenty-five years ago I began my college journey. Two years into that journey I met my husband and chose to put my education on hold. While putting my formal education on the back burner, I continued to learn in a way that I never dreamed possible. Randy Pausch said, “Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted. And experience is often the most valuable thing you have to offer.” While I may not have obtained my education in the most traditional way, I have become someone that I never could have comprehended all those years ago. As I have finally reached to accomplish that one tangible goal, my bachelors degree, I have been so much more appreciative of what I am learning and have made connections that only experience have allowed me to make. My knowledge has become wisdom and I have found that in this season of life I am thirsting for more.
I recently graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a double minor in English and Family Studies and an emphasis in Communications.
I am a wife of twenty-four years and mother of four. I love reading, writing and spending time traveling with my family.
